Meet Your Trainer
Transitions Training is led by Gwint Fisher who is a 20 year veteran of the personal training business and a professor of Exercise Science at Fresno State where he teaches structural biomechanics and motor development. He started this business in 2012 with his best friend Silas Ruiz (who is no longer with us) at Ranchos Fitness and Wellness Center. Aside from a training center for the public, Transitions Training also offers internships to students who are interested in pursuing a career in personal training. With a passion for education, Gwint aims to help grow a network of educated, passionate physical educators and wellness professionals to elevate the caliber of future fitness leaders.
