Training Services At Transitions Training
A System. Not a Menu
At Transitions Training, every service is part of the same system.
Whether you work one-on-one, in a semi-private setting, or in classes, your training is guided by the same principles:

Restore function. Improve balance and coordination. Build strength that lasts.

We don’t offer random workouts—we provide pathways.

Movement Assessment & Orientation
All individualized and semi-private training begins with a movement assessment.

We evaluate how your body moves as an integrated system, identify the weakest links in your movement chains, and determine the corrective and training strategies that best support your goals.

This Ensures:
-
Your program is personalized
-
Your training is safe
-
Your progress is efficient
-
Your results are sustainable
(Classes may be taken without an assessment, but assessments allow us to individualize your experience.)

Semi-private training is ideal for:
Friends or partners training together

Individuals who want structure with flexibility
Classes
Group Services
Education • Exposure • Consistency
Classes at Transitions Training are not separate from our system—they are an entry point and a continuation of it.
They are used to:
-
Introduce clients to our Function First philosophy
-
Reinforce balance, coordination, and movement quality
-
Maintain progress after personal or semi-private training
-
Support long-term consistency

How Classes Work
Each class follows a structured format:
Breath Practice
Every class begins with becoming aware of the breath.
Joint Mobility Warm-Up
The joints targeted are specific to the training practice.
Activation
Muscles go dormant, we take time to revive them.
Breakout Period (When Applicable)
Clients who have completed assessments perform their individualized corrective strategies during the activation period. This allows personalization inside a group setting, without disrupting class flow.
Practice
Movement quality improves only by practicing with intention and smoothing out the transitions.
Structured Cool-Down
This is where magic happens and awareness grows with a yoga inspired downshift.
